Mail-In Instructions

Step 1: Remove Your Security Module

  • Carefully remove your EWS / CAS / FEM / BDC module from your vehicle.

Step 2: Place Your Mail-In Repair Order

  • Visit our website to place your order for this repair service.

Step 3: Complete the Repair Form

  • Download, fill out, and sign our repair form.

Step 4: Package and Ship Your Module and Key

  • Securely package all necessary module and key to avoid damage during shipping.
  • Ship your package via the United States Postal Service (USPS) to the PO BOX address provided on the repair form.
  • IMPORTANT: Include a return shipping label with your package. If a return label is not provided, there may be delays while we arrange one for you.

Step 5: Service and Return

  • Once received, we will program a brand new key to your security module with a typical 24-hour turnaround time.
  • Your module and key will be promptly shipped back to you using the return label you provided.
