Description
Description
If your original DME is unavailable or damaged beyond the ability to clone, we offer an alternative solution to ensure your vehicle remains operational. Using advanced tools, we can extract the ISN (Individual Serial Number) from the security module (e.g., CAS, FEM, BDC) and program it into a donor DME.
Service Details:
- ISN Recovery: Extract the ISN from the security module and transfer it to the replacement DME, ensuring proper immobilizer functionality.
- Bench Programming & Coding: The donor DME will be bench-programmed and bench-coded to your vehicle's VIN, if available, to ensure compatibility.
-
Customer Calibrations: Calibrations and coding data (e.g., Valvetronic limit, injector codes) will still need to be programmed by the customer or their technician after the DME is returned.
- In most cases, the vehicle will start, run, and drive without this data. However, this can cause issues such as misfires, reduced performance, and other calibration-related faults.
Key Benefits:
- No Original DME Needed: A solution for cases where the original DME is missing or irreparably damaged.
- Security Compliance: Ensures the replacement DME works seamlessly with your vehicle’s immobilizer system.
- Customizable Solution: Tailored to your vehicle's specific requirements.
This service ensures your donor DME is ready for installation, with minimal steps required for final vehicle-specific programming.
DME Models after June 2020 are not supported and must be sent to FEMTO.
