Refund policy
This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made by and between Neo Wolf Industries ("Company"), located in Orlando, FL, and the undersigned customer ("Customer"). The undersigned understands and agrees that the Equipment and any Ancillary Items provided are currently in a broken and unusable state and that this repair is an attempt to restore usable functionality via singular repair. The undersigned understands this is a risky repair and that many factors can render the Equipment and Ancillary Items unusable, including, but not limited to, damage in transport, and releases Neo Wolf Industries from all responsibility for success or failure. The undersigned understands that Neo Wolf Industries will do its best to fulfill and complete the requested repair successfully but also acknowledges that it is not always possible and releases Neo Wolf Industries from any liability arising from our attempt.
Furthermore, the undersigned agrees that Neo Wolf Industries is not responsible for any loss or damage to the Equipment or Ancillary Items that may occur during the course of the service, including but not limited to handling, testing, or external factors beyond Neo Wolf Industries' control. The undersigned accepts that there may be unforeseen complications or limitations in the repair process, and acknowledges that Neo Wolf Industries cannot guarantee the complete restoration or functionality of the Equipment or Ancillary Items.
Definitions

Neo Wolf Industries: Refers to the service provider, Neo Wolf Industries, and its representatives.

Customer: Refers to the individual or entity requesting services from Neo Wolf Industries.

Equipment: Refers to any part, device, or component provided by the Customer to Neo Wolf Industries for the purpose of service, repair, programming, or modification.

Ancillary Items: Refers to any additional items, documentation, tools, or accessories provided by the Customer to Neo Wolf Industries to aid in the service, repair, programming, or modification of the Equipment.
Purpose The purpose of this Agreement is to outline the terms and conditions under which the Company will provide automotive diagnostic, repair, programming, and/or coding services to the Customer.
Scope of Work The Company agrees to perform the following services for the Customer:

Initial Assessment and Repairs: The Company will begin with an initial diagnostic assessment of the Customer's Equipment. Repairs will commence immediately following the assessment without additional notice to ensure timely service.

Additional Charges: If any repairs are identified that would result in extra charges, the Company will obtain Customer approval before proceeding with those specific repairs.

Exclusions: Any services not explicitly approved by the Customer are excluded from this Agreement.
Costs and Payment Terms

Pre-Service Payment: Full payment is required before any service is performed.

Deposits for Special Orders: A deposit may be required for special order parts or custom services. The deposit amount and conditions will be communicated to the Customer beforehand.

Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, credit card, or other mutually agreed-upon methods.
Customer Responsibilities

Information and Materials: The Customer agrees to provide all necessary information and materials required to perform the services.

Access: The Customer will ensure the Company has access to the vehicle or premises as needed to perform the services.

Shipping Costs: The Customer is responsible for paying the initial shipping costs to send their equipment to the Company, while Neo Wolf Industries will cover the return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Transit Protection: The Customer is responsible for protecting their equipment during transit both to and from the Company's facility, including obtaining insurance or taking other protective measures as necessary.
Company Responsibilities

Quality Standards: The Company agrees to perform the services in accordance with industry standards and regulations.

Equipment Handling and Packaging: The Company ensures that the Customer's equipment is stored, handled, and packaged appropriately to ensure its safe return.

Warranty/Guarantee: The Company provides a warranty for most services performed, covering defects in workmanship and materials for at least 90 days, unless otherwise stated. Custom products and services may have different warranty terms, which will be communicated to the Customer.
Limitations of Liability The Company is not liable for any damages or losses beyond the scope of this Agreement. Additionally, the Company is not responsible for any data loss or any previous work that may have been done by a third party.
Termination and Cancellation

Termination by Company: The Company may terminate this Agreement if the Customer fails to comply with its terms and conditions.

Termination by Customer: The Customer may terminate this Agreement at any time, subject to payment of any fees or penalties.

Cancellation Fees: A cancellation fee of $100 will apply if the Customer terminates this Agreement after services have commenced.
Dispute Resolution

Method: Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Jurisdiction and Governing Law: This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Florida.
Additional Terms

Accuracy, Completeness, and Timeliness of Information: Neo Wolf Industries is not responsible if information made available on our site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions.

Modifications to Service: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time and shall not be liable to the Customer or any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

Customer Comments: If the Customer provides comments, suggestions, proposals, or other materials, Neo Wolf Industries may, at any time, use the content without restriction and shall have no obligation to maintain any comments in confidence, pay compensation, or respond.

Tools and Third Parties: Neo Wolf Industries may provide access to third-party tools. These tools are provided "as is" without any warranties or conditions of any kind. The use of such tools is entirely at the Customer's risk.
